The CL-MAG™ is externally constructed of durable aircraft quality aluminum, while internally comprised of lightweight polymers. The surface lubricity and toughness is achieved with a hard coat type III mil spec anodized finish. These materials allow the CL-MAG™ to be light and operate in adverse environmental conditions without deterioration or coating of critical components.

Armatac Industries uses its own CNC machining centers to prove out production design and tolerances. The parts are then outsourced to production and finishing facilities. The individual parts use different manufacturing methods such as forging, and injection molding to get the overall lowest manufacturing cost but still retain the highest quality.
